Mass Downtime... inability to even log on? Empty Mass Downtime... inability to even log on?

It would appear some users are at an inability to access the server at its current state. I am unsure why, this is a problem that only occurs to some. It could be the map, it could be the plugins, it could be anything. But if I had some help with this issue it'd be much appreciated.

That's odd. I don't have the server set to white-list, but I'll check it just to be sure.
